Community Action Board‘s Rental Assistance Program
RAP is an eviction prevention program that offers rental/mortgage assistance to Santa Cruz County residents. Eligibility determination is completed at both Santa Cruz and Watsonville offices, by appointment.

Community Action Board’s Emergency Housing Assistance Program
EHAP assists Watsonville’s low- and moderate-income renters affected by the COVID-19 economic crisis with a grant up to $1, 500.
Grant funds may be used to assist payment of rent, incurred after March 15, 2020, and to assist essential workers in need of self-isolation in a hotel, due to exposure to COVID-19 in the cource of fulfilling their essential duties.
